Be Young Again - With Hormone Supplements?

Can hormones make you younger? Some people think so. It kind makes a sort-of sense: as we age, the levels of some hormones in our bodies drops off, therefore supplement those hormones and we will be younger. Unfortunately, the human body isn't so simple. We don't know exactly why those drops in hormones occur - but they are not the primary cause of aging. The changes in hormone levels are likely responding to other changes in the body.

So while there are lots of advertisements for testosterone, DHEA, Human Growth Hormones and other supplements - none of these approaches has been proven to work for anti-aging (and some of them cost thousands of dollars).
