10 Ways to Make Exercise Fun

We all need to exercise at least 2.5 hours a week. Anything that you do for 2.5 hours a week should be as fun as possible. You need some tips and suggestions to help put some joy into your physical activity.

Sure, you can try to suffer through exercise and use discipline to get you through your workout, but that is no way to live. Instead, come up with things that you can do to make you look forward to your exercise times each day.

You may think it is impossible, but if you can find that perfect little motivating factor, exercise will become easy and you'll begin to move effortlessly into your workouts. So take some time today to think outside the box and make exercise more fun.
