Want Better Sex? Exercise.

Exercise can improve your sex life. That's great news. Research has shown that people who exercise more frequently have more sex, rate their own sexual performance higher and believe they are more sexually desirable.

Of course, it could be that the people who exercise more are simply more vain, but in the end it doesn't matter. Sexual performance and satisfaction is a complex interaction of physical and psychological components. Exercise improves a person's body image as well as increases the ability to experience sexual pleasure.
