Balance Yourself With Exercise

Falls are a common cause of disability, especially in older persons. Exercise is a great way to improve your balance and help prevent falls.

The link below has a few simple exercises that anyone can do to improve balance. It is important that you start slowly and carefully, but eventually these exercises and others like them will have your more steady and less likely to fall.
