Anti-Aging Properties of Avocados - Avocados and Longevity

Avocados are the next thing in this series of anti-aging foods. Here's the story about avocados -- they are yummy. I really love some avocado slices on a salad. It just adds some nice creamy texture.

Not only are avocados yummy, but they are also very healthy. The fat in avocado is a "good fat" that help improve your cholesterol level and protect your heart. The only trick with avocados is to watch what you eat with them (no chips) and not remember to count the calories -- good fats still have lots of calories.
