An Apple a Day Keeps Metabolic Syndrome Away

Apples can keep metabolic syndrome away (as well as the doctor). A daily dose of apples or apple products reduces the risk of metabolic syndrome. Of course, increasing your consumption of any fruit will help, but apples are an inexpensive and convenient way to boost your daily fruit intake.
