Acai berries and acai berry juice are promoted as being anti-aging and healthy. What is the truth behind the antioxidant and other claims in acai berry juice? Is the nutritional value worth the money? Are these tiny berries an anti-aging and longevity miracle or a marketing scam?

I’m sold on goji berries (there is published research to back it up that has mostly been conducted in China). The oxygen radical absorption capacity (ORAC) of blueberries is 2,400. For the goji it is 25,000.
There is hardly any research on acai. Only 12 medical studies have been published since 2004, compared to over 400 on grapes, over 50 on blueberries and 20 on goji.
Still, I am trying an acai shampoo!
You can see my research on my blog: http://www.truthinaging.com
I’m sold on my juice blend too. Acai IS a powerful anti oxidant. The blend I drink has 18 other fruits with wonderful nutrients and benefits. I want to stay away from pill form alternatives. I dramtically lowered my cholesterol, increased my metabolism and most certainly have improved my skin.
check out http://naturallypotent.wordpress.com/
the list of fruits is there…..
Well I am definitely sold on the acai berry and the anti-aging benefits and I know that there are many many people out there who are aware of the benefits as well.
“Built with Adrenaline”Body,
Acai Extreme 2×10 at http://www.AdrenalineBodyShoppe.com is a good product but did you know that Acai Berry is not the strongest antioxidant they have the strongest superfruit check them out to see. Plus they have a product called Adrenopin HGH, check that out too.
