Anti-Aging Tip: Bilberry - A Longevity Herb?

I had seen bilberry in lists of herbs and so-called healing plants. I didn't know that much about it, so I decided to look I to of a bit.

Turns out that bilberry is a fruit common in traditional medicine in Europe. Basically, it is a blueberry (just not as tasty). Eat bilberry for some vitamins, just like you would blueberries or other fruit, but try not to get too caught up in any super-claims.

Bilberries are great for health – and longevity – as are most of the other berries. It’s the anthocyanins! Great with porridge (oatmeal) for a filling breakfast – add in some mixed berries – raspberries, strawberries, bilberries – whatever you have. Lovely.
