Anti-Aging Tip: Address Depression Fast

Depression is shockingly common in older adults and often goes untreated. There is a program out there called Healthy IDEAS (Identifying Depression, Empowering Activities for Seniors). This program tries to help seniors re-engage in physical, social and other activities in order to lift depression and increase quality of life. Thanks for bringing this up. It is imperative for seniors to remain active in their communities, as isolation is the number one factor in depression. Volunteering is a great way to stay engaged.
