Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Prevention

It's pretty unknown what (if anything) can definitely prevent Alzheimer's disease and dementia. What we are starting to see from the research is that more and more risk factors for Alzheimer's disease and dementia are being found. Some of these, undoubtedly, will turn to be just spurious links; but others will be real routes to prevention. The good news is that most of the risk factors under examination are also linked to other health conditions, so you might as well control them anyway.
