Happy New Year from the Longevity Site

Just a quick post to wish everyone out there a Happy New Year. 2008 started off good, but went pretty bad for almost everyone in the fall. Lets make 2009 a great year. Remember, even if the economy is bad, we can all make improvements in our life by simply being healthier. So let's all focus on that while the rest of the mess sorts itself out.
