Live Better With New E-Course for 2009

Thursday January 1, 2009
Try these new e-course that I just posted. Each course is four weeks long. The whole idea is to try one new skill each week. This will gradually take you into mastering the program. Here is a brief overview:

  • Fall Asleep Faster: Learn to fall asleep in 15 minutes from hitting the pillow. Better sleep can help reduce the risk of diabetes, heart disease and can even extend your life expectancy.
  • How To Meditate: Learn to meditate. Start with just 5 minutes a day. Meditation reduces your stress level while improving your concentration.
  • How To Be Happy: Take four weeks and focus on skills that will promote your own happiness.
Pick one of these course and sign up for a daily e-mail that will link to the program pages and give you a very brief reminder.

Good luck and Happy 2009!

We all have the choice of how we live our lives, what we put into our bodies, exercise, rest, healthy lifestyle. We are busy and we are stressed, but we can still choose to put our health at the top of our important list. We get one body and it is up to us how we take care of it.
