Medical Myths Busted

The British Medical Journal is, quite possibly, the only medical journal in the world with a bit of a sense of style. Every now and then, they publish an article with some excellent, accurate information addressing more "pop culture" concerns, such as medical myths. I really liked this one, it goes into looking at whether we really need 8 glasses of water a day, whether sugar causes hyperactivity and more.
