A few days back, I received an e-mail from Vince Giuliana. He is a Harvard PhD very interested in longevity and anti-aging. He has written a treatise that summarizes many of the anti-aging theories and approaches. These 14 causes of aging each may point to ways to extend life expectancy beyond the current maximum of 122 years. Take a look. These are topics that I haven't been able to cover in-depth (yet) on the Longevity Site, so you may find something interesting there. If you do, let me know in the comments.

Very detailed info. I liked the part about oxidation, I think that is very important.
