Coffee is a SuperFood

I am officially declaring coffee to be a superfood. A few years back, I was really excited when the health benefits of chocolate began to hit the media. Now, it is looking like coffee is going to join with dark chocolate and red wine in becoming the latest, delicious superfood.

This is great news. Around 3 cups of coffee a day seems to have a host of benefits. So drink coffee, drink red wine and eat chocolate for good health (now if only ice cream could be a superfood . . . )
