Exercise in Your Office

Our biggest problem, when it comes to exercise, is not doing enough during the day, at the office. When you look at the habits of the long-lived cultures of the world, you won't find any gyms; instead you find people using their bodies all day long to walk to visit friends, gather firewood and just get through the day.

We tend to sit on our butts most of the time. Here's a few ideas to get off your chair while in the office and get a bit of exercise without worrying about equipment, clothes or anything else.
