Are Cookie Diets Healthy?

The latest fad in dieting is the Cookie Diet. IN this diet, you buy cookies from a company and eat them. The only other food you eat is one "regular" meal. The cookies cost a little less than $10 a day (typically). The goal is to keep your total daily calorie intake extremely low (like around 1000 calories) -- but this raises the question: Are cookie diets healthy?

Cookies diets are not work and healthy for wt.lose.Only 1000calories a day is not enough for the whole day.Our body need energy from balance diet not from saturated fat.There are many ways for wt.lose.In our country the rice is main food but i try to cut out half amount of rice in each meal.I substitue with green and fresh vege and fruits, for the rest of amount in my meals.Balance diets for wt.lose is one of the most important for the obesed peoples.Otherwise it may be getting risk for health or you gave up to do wt.lose and your body is still fat again.People are very anxious about for hungry they doing the wt.lose.Don`t worry i drunk the fresh water during the meal and after it.The other way to cut the saturated fat by avoid the potato chips,french fry and all kinds of fry.Crackers,cookies and candy are such as processed food and i don`t eat and only bananas,apples and fruits as snack in noon.Dinner is less than lunch and i believed the less dinner can make me more convient for goodnight sleep.Before you take the wt.lose you better discuss with your family doctor first what kind of chronic diseases you have.
We need to know is incresed the physical activity and decreased the saturated fat and calorie intake.
