My hobby is reading and writing and there are pile up of books, magazines and writing papers are in my house.I never throw the books which had already read and kept it forever.I am only the writing about my relations ,friends and myself though all the stories are true.I want all the peoples to know about the health knowledges and they will be more heallthy in their life.Writing could help reduce stress and i become more healthy after finish my some articles.According this i am always thinking about my writing and i am very busy with thinking in my brain.Sometime i could not fall asleep i woke up and sitting in front of my house and do something of reading or writing. If i was imagined of one heading there are many thoughts and after that the write down is very fast. The more i was thinking about the articles or comments the less of stress and i become more powerful in my brain. After that there will be less forgetful, more concentration in other work and good memory.I think the books, magazines and my online friends are my true friends and they make me so enjoyed for writing.
