I really like this article in the New York Times - Turn 70. Act Your Grandchild's Age.
Contrary to what the title may indicate, the article talks about the gerontologist, Robert Butler, who spent much of his career teaching society that older people could still function - and function well. He fought stereotypes of aging that included inevitable senility and dependence.
However, he also believed that this could be achieved in a graceful manner, and that to "age successfully" did not mean that your pendulum had to swing all the way to extreme youthful (or immature) behavior.
While society has some great examples of famous older people who are doing remarkable things, we also want to acknowledge that aging comes with certain realities for many, or most, people. Inevitable slowdowns from chronic illnesses or just the physical facts of aging can make some people feel inadequate if they are not keeping pace with famous aging actors or rock stars.
The goal is to stay engaged, feel as good as you can for as long as you can, and grab those parts of life that interest you, rather than chase ideas of staying young.

Our immune system work as we are young and healthy,and it is one of the most important thing and it can reverse aging.When we are scared or disturb in our mind we get excited ,later we are trembling,weakness and hard to sleep at night.The other risk factors are easy to catch cold,flu shot and illness.After seeing the surgery of plugging the teeth of my son i felt so trembling and excited,later i could not stand .This condition make me weakness and there was less energy in immune system.It can cause to suffer flu shot and sleepless night.When our immune system become weakness there must be free radicals appeared on the body.Later we become having illness.At this state we all need to calm down by do meditation and physical exercises.Meditation is miracle,after finishing to sit for half an hour all sweating come out,fresh and feel better.I really don`t know how the energy come from which part of our body and still fresh and get the healthy life again.
