How To Be Happy

How to be happy is a program that many of us need. This program allows you to focus on your own happiness for four weeks. Each week, you'll get a skill to practice that can increase your happiness and teach you how to be happy. By the end of the program, you'd have worked for 28 days to increase the positive, happy things in your life. We'll send you links to the program materials and a brief, daily e-mail reminder to keep you on track.
