Guide Review - The Longevity Bible
The Longevity Bible is different from many longevity and healthy aging books in that it focuses on memory and brain health. Author Gary Small, M.D., is the chief of the UCLA Memory and Aging Research Center, and his experience shows in the book.

The Longevity Bible provides solid research and biological evidence that a positive attitude, social connections and an active brain will add healthy years to your life. Practical examples of mental fitness puzzles and activities are given in the book. These are refreshingly different from most books on aging and longevity, which focus primarily on supplements and nutrition.

Dr. Small taps into his professional experience to provide detailed stories about individual patients he has seen and how they overcame some of the adverse effects of aging. These stories, combined with practical advice, make The Longevity Bible a good source of inspiration, information and guidance for healthy aging.
