Guide Review - The RealAge Makeover
In putting together his RealAge books, Roizen claims to have reviewed and compiled tens of thousands of research studies to determine how individual factors influence aging. The simple fact is that no one can know how hundreds of factors interact with each other to produce aging. The RealAge test simply estimates the impact of lifestyle and other factors on aging.
The RealAge test does give a good sense of the impact of certain behaviors on your aging, and can help you prioritize your efforts. The book itself is loaded with hundreds of pieces of information and tips. If you make even a few of the changes in this book, you will be better off. A note of warning: the RealAge books offer many suggestions about supplements you should always discuss these with your doctor before taking them. Better yet, eat a wide variety of fruits and vegetables and you will get an even better effect.
