Guide Review - Secrets of Longevity

This book of longevity tips by Dr. Maoshing Ni briefly describes tip after tip that you can do to live a longer and happier life. Each tip appears on a single page, often with just a few sentences. Many of the tips are practical, sound suggestions (like eat more fruit) while others are broader and less concrete.

Secrets of Longevity is a great source of inspiration. There are literally hundreds of ways to make changes in your life that will lead to greater health and happiness. However, the book does not go into detail (when it may be helpful) nor wrestle with complicated issues. Some of the tips fall into the easier-said-than-done category and others are common sense.

If you are looking for some new ideas about living longer, check out Dr. Ni’s book. You might want to cross-reference his suggestions with other books (although he does not provide references or sources), as well as use common sense when applying them to your own situation.
