Anyone looking to increase their longevity and extend their life expectancy could use a little help. That is what the Longevity Forum is all about. The Longevity Forum is a place for you to post your questions, discuss anything of concern to you and share your ideas and thoughts.

How To Use the Longevity Forum

First, click on the Longevity Forum (you can also find the link in some of the widgets in the right-hand column). You can start by just browsing some of the conversations going on (just click on guest access). If you would like to post your own response or start a new question, create a quick forum ID. This will allow you to post comments here or anywhere on the About.com networking in total privacy. Accessing the Longevity Forum is free.

Once you have your ID, you are ready to go. Post a couple comments and see what happens. I promise to check in frequently and help provide some guidance when needed. But the idea is that this forum is a place for the community of people interested in longevity to share their ideas, thoughts and questions.
