- One stop healthy Salmon meal Though I was a chef I no longer have the interest in preparing complicated meals, also having prostate cancer and CFS, I try to prepare simple healthy meals with as little effort as possible. Steamed Salomon or any other fish and vegetables Bring a pot of water to the boil. Vegetables take longer to steam than a piece of salmon, so I place an assortment of vegetables in the boiling warer and the salmon steak in the steamer over the pot. Fresh salmon will be ready after 5 minutes, double the time if the steak is frozen. I often cook pasta together with the veg. A squeeze of lemon and you have a tasty healthy meal with the minimum amount of effort

Fish curry with noni leaves.
- I bought the snake head fish(fresh water fish)and peeled all fish flesh without bones.I marinate with cooking oil.chilly powder, salt.sugar, and minced onion and garlic. And wash the fresh noni leaves with water for packing the fish. After that i put the fish with all ingredients in the noni leaves and tie with small stick.Put all the noni packages in the pot and steamed until tender and cooked. It`s taste is very delicious and full of vitamin and minerals. When we eat the package we bite the noni leaves together with fish curry.Don`t throw the noni leaves,it has full of anti-oxidant.I also want you to try the fish curry package with noni leaves.

Oven Baked
- I find the easiest way to prepare fish is to get some fresh salmon (or wild catfish) and put them in foil with some oil and spices and simply bake them in the oven. It keeps the mess down and doesn't make the kitchen smell. Then eat with lemon. Delicious.
