Running

The previous guest's comments are very astute. I've been running for 45 years, which has kept me well below my chronological age emotionally, physically, and spiritually. If the entire U.S. were to start a running program, am sure cancer, diabetes, heart attacks would be cut in half if not more. It's a simple sport, costs very little and can be accomplished any time and at any level.

healthy living style

I also want to stay at my age of 53 with healthy but the last two days i had some toxic with salted fish and itching on my skin. how to do with this itching and i try to reduce by using some green veges with jaggery. If i had some disturb in health i got stress. This is the sign of aging and at my young age there was no stress.I always doing exercises and meditation and try to stay in positive life. All of the peoples have disturbance and at that time we need to know how to stay .Life is always up and down and not with the full of fun.Because of global economic crisis most of the peoples faced with many problems.

I started running at 80 years of age and I'm now 90 and do not have an ache or pain. I run a 5k once or twice a week.
