20 Minutes to Lower Blood Pressure

Relaxation can help control high blood pressure. When a person is relaxing deeply, his or her body produces nitric oxide. What this does is make the blood vessels dialate or become wider. Wider blood vessels mean lower blood pressure. You will notice when this is happening because your hands will feel warm.
