Saw Palmetto - Good for Male Longevity?

Saw Palmetto is an herb that is popular in Europe for treating benign (non-cancer) enlarged prostate. It has also been widely touted as a preventive measure for prostate cancer. Overall, the evidence is good that saw palmetto helps enlarged prostate glands, but there isn't much evidence for it preventing cancer. You'll find saw palmetto supplements anywhere you buy vitamins - often mixed in in Men's multi-vitamins.
