Guide Review - Count Down Your Age
Authors Frederic Vagnini, M.D., and Dave Bunnell, a heart surgeon and a tech entrepreneur, include a wide variety of topics, such as lists of questions to ask your doctor, sleep tips and information about supplements. The writing is clear and easy-to-understand, and the suggestions are feasible for the reader.
The book includes a checklist that will help the reader to focus on goals for his or her particular situation. Unfortunately, the book overmarkets itself with wild claims of anti-aging, looking younger and far too many bests. The excellent advice contained in the book is often obscured by these claims and superlatives.
